The rules and expectations for using Pizza Printer Co.
Last updated: May 2026
By accessing or using the Pizza Printer Co website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Pizza Printer Co is a print brokerage service that connects pizza and pasta restaurants with trade-only wholesale printers. We facilitate the ordering process, coordinate production, and manage delivery on your behalf. We do not operate a print facility ourselves.
Our services are intended for businesses — specifically pizza and pasta restaurant owners and operators. By using our services, you represent that you are acting on behalf of a legitimate food service business and are at least 18 years of age.
Submitting a quote request does not constitute a binding order. A quote is an estimate provided based on the specifications you submit. Orders are only confirmed once:
We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
All prices are quoted in US dollars. Quoted prices are based on the specifications provided at the time of the quote. Changes to quantity, size, paper stock, finish, or other specifications after a quote is issued may result in a revised price. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before production begins.
You are responsible for providing print-ready artwork that meets our specifications. We are not responsible for print quality issues resulting from low-resolution files, incorrect color profiles, or artwork that does not meet our guidelines. Design assistance is available upon request and may be quoted separately.
By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own or have the rights to use all images, fonts, and other elements contained in the files and that your artwork does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
Turnaround times are estimates and begin once artwork is approved and payment is confirmed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, supply chain issues, or other circumstances outside our control. Rush options may be available upon request.
Payment terms will be agreed upon before production begins. We accept major payment methods as communicated during the quoting process. All sales are final once production has begun.
Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are not accepted and no refund will be issued. If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at orders@pizzaprinterco.com.
Pizza Printer Co acts as a broker and coordinator between customers and third-party print facilities. We are not liable for delays, defects, or issues arising from circumstances outside our direct control, including but not limited to shipping carrier failures, natural disasters, or supply chain disruptions. Our total liability in any situation shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
All content on the Pizza Printer Co website — including text, design, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Pizza Printer Co and may not be reproduced without written permission. Customer-submitted artwork remains the property of the customer.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Florida.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will note the updated date at the top of this page.
