Refund Policy
Our commitment to quality and how we handle issues with your order.

📞 Have an issue with your order? Contact us first at orders@pizzaprinterco.com and we'll make it right. Most issues are resolved quickly and without hassle.
1. Our Quality Commitment
We stand behind every order we process. If there is a defect, error, or quality issue on our end, we will reprint or refund your order — no runaround. Our goal is for every restaurant we work with to be completely satisfied with their printed materials.
2. What We Will Reprint or Refund
We will offer a free reprint or full refund in the following situations:
- Print defects: Banding, smearing, color inconsistency, or other production quality issues.
- Wrong product shipped: You received a different product, size, or quantity than what was ordered and confirmed.
- Our error: Any mistake on our part during the order processing or production coordination stage.
- Damaged in shipping: Items that arrive visibly damaged due to shipping mishandling (photo documentation required).
3. What We Cannot Refund
Because print orders are custom-produced specifically for you, we are unable to offer refunds in the following situations:
- Approved artwork errors: Typos, design mistakes, or incorrect information that was present in the artwork you submitted and approved before printing.
- Color variation: Slight color differences between what you see on your screen and the final printed product. Screen colors (RGB) naturally differ from print colors (CMYK). We recommend requesting a proof for color-critical work.
- Change of mind: If you simply no longer want the order after production has begun.
- Low-resolution artwork: Blurry or pixelated results caused by artwork files that did not meet our minimum resolution requirements.
- Incorrect shipping address: Orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided at the time of order.
Email orders@pizzaprinterco.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
If approved, we will arrange a reprint or issue a refund to your original payment method.
5. Reprints vs. Refunds
In most cases, we prefer to offer a reprint over a cash refund — this gets you the materials you need as quickly as possible. However, if a reprint is not feasible or you prefer a refund, we will accommodate that request at our discretion based on the nature of the issue.
